Finally, there’s an easy, non-surgical way to fight gravity and the toll that time has taken on your skin. With ReFirme Skin Tightening, over the next couple months, you will see and feel the difference as your loose facial skin becomes more firm and taut. It’s quick, minimally painful, and has no downtime! Results may last several years, although for some people, an additional treatment may necessary after six months. It is important to keep in mind that ReFirme is not a replacement for a facelift, but rather, it can prolong the need for a facelift for several years.
The NEWEST ReFirme uses a combination of each technology seen in Thermage (radiofrequency) and Titan (infrared light).
This latest generation laser, ReFirme, uses ELOS technology which is a combination of infrared light and high powered bipolar radiofrequency to BULK HEAT the dermis.
The infrared light heats the superficial dermis at about 1-2mm in depth to stimulate long term collagen production by initializing fibroblast repair response to tissue heating.
The combination of infrared light and bi-polar radiofrequency provides deep dermal heating, up to 4mm, so there is immediate contraction of existing collagen fibers. The immediate tissue contraction is seen within minutes of the treatment as tighter, firmer skin.
